BLRC is a Club organized for the express purposes of maintaining and improving the quality of the Labrador Retriever both in the show ring and in the field. We hold an annual Specialty on the first Friday in March in conjunction with the Wisconsin Kennel Club shows on Saturday and Sunday, and an annual Working Certificate. We also participate programs to continue to educate the public about this wonderful breed such as The World of Dogs held annually in August in Wisconsin.

BLRC holds an annual Specialty Show and Working Certificate at which AKC Championship points are awarded, and WC certificates issued.
